When buying an article in Euroskor online store
You are entitled to return the ordered article within 14 days. LLC EUROSKOR LATVIA guarantees refund or replacement of the returned article, if you have preserved its initial quality as it was at the moment of ordering the article. In returning or changing the product, buyer is responsible for shipping charges. The returned footwear shall not be worn, tatty, washed or otherwise damaged.
- In order to receive refund, fill in the document aplication1, scan or take a picture of it and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
- In order to replace the returned article, fill in the document aplication2, scan or take a picture of it and send it to email@example.com
Return the article to a salesperson at any Euroskor store all around Latvia or send it by mail to LLC EUROSKOR LATVIA (also attaching the original application and bill of lading):

When we will receive the returned article, you will receive refund in your bank account within 10 business days.

When buying an article in a store
If the article is defected and you want to repair, replace it or receive refund, present the purchase receipt and return the article at our store, where the salesperson will ask you to complete the claim application. The receipt copy, payment order from online banking, or order affirmation from your e-mail will not be considered as a proof of purchase, on the basis of which you can return the article. Your application will be examined and answered by an expert within 15 days.
Your purchase has 2-year warranty, during which you can replace, return the article, or receive refund.
